Rakuya is a network service company jointly established by PChome Online(Taiwan B2B) .it mainly provides property for renting/selling online platform. We are committed to letting users have a good experience platform for our agents and renters.
In this project, we focus on optimising mobile devices. The original one made users have lots of bad experiences because our design team had a bad discussion at that moment. But we will still face the problem squarely and explore the real situation through various research methods. It turns out we fixed it and gained great positive feedback in the end.
As a UX Developer, I participate in competitive product analysis, empathy analysis, and feedback. Another colleague and I are responsible for determining the most feasible method to measure time and execution costs. I give two suggestions. 1. The premise of not changing too much static architecture. 2. Added the most imporant elements for users to the second design version. And I handle drawing wireframe and front-end static cutting.
We reviewed the interface issues through the empathy experience to discover the problems with the first version of the search panel.

We sort out some key points from 1. See, 2. Do, 3. Think, and 4. feel . These four sides to discussion our experiences.There a two points.
1. The unfriendly design of the menu causes the user to repeatedly get stuck in the back and forth operation of the next step.
2. Users feel frustrated about the nothing result regularly.
We surveyed again to find out the process of competitive products which in same tasks(task1&2), and found that we took 5 steps more than the other competitive products. Besides, keep good features on these products.
We had two strongly feedback from agencies who collected by our customer dept. And also from general users who had related issues too.But, The feedback verifies our research result.
Our team uses the agile tool, which reduces communication misunderstanding for different dept. And this time, we successfully solved the User’s process from the search page to the object page. Customers and agents gave us excellent feedback afterwards. After solving these pain points, our future customers have grown a lot, and it has driven our company. The turnover has more than doubled growth, bringing in profits.
